AI & AutomationFull-time

Build the AI agents and automation workflows that power our clients' operations, from WhatsApp sales agents to CRM pipelines.

Mustaner helps organizations adopt AI through training and consulting. We are looking for an AI & Automation Engineer to design and ship the systems behind that work: AI agents, workflow automations and integrations that take real load off real teams.

You will work directly with clients and our internal team, owning projects from the first discovery call to a stable system in production. If you enjoy turning messy manual processes into clean, dependable automation, this role is for you.

Design, build and maintain automation workflows in n8n for internal teams and clients

Build AI agents for sales, support and operations across WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram

Integrate CRMs, databases and third-party APIs into reliable end-to-end pipelines

Write custom code nodes and API integrations where off-the-shelf nodes fall short

Add guardrails, testing and monitoring so agents stay accurate and do not hallucinate

Document what you build and hand it over clearly to clients and teammates

Support our training programs with real-world examples and demos

2+ years building production automations with n8n, Make or similar tools
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, OpenRouter) and prompt engineering
Solid grasp of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and authentication flows
Working knowledge of JavaScript or Python for custom logic
Experience with SQL databases such as Supabase or PostgreSQL
Familiarity with WhatsApp Cloud API, Meta messaging APIs or CRM integrations is a plus
Clear communicator in Arabic and English who can turn a business problem into a working system
