This page explains how Mustaner for Training handles information provided through this website and its learning platform.
When you start a program, we request your name and email to create or find your learning account and give you access. The contact form asks for your name, phone number, occupation and company; email is optional. We also receive the message or voice recording you choose to send.
Account details support sign-in, enrollment and learning progress. Contact details and messages help our team respond to your request. Voice recordings are sent only when you submit the form; you can choose a text message instead. Technical information, including IP addresses, may be used to protect forms against spam and abuse.
Contact submissions are stored in a restricted staff inbox. Account and course records are stored in the learning platform. The website uses Railway hosting and supporting infrastructure providers to operate these services. Social links lead to external platforms with their own privacy policies.
The learning platform uses cookies and browser storage to support sign-in and account sessions. Website editor sessions also use authentication cookies. Browser settings allow you to manage cookies; blocking session cookies may prevent sign-in from working.
Contact messages remain in our staff inbox until removed; this website does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule to those messages. Contact us to ask about information held about you, request a correction or deletion, or discuss retention of your account and learning records. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request.
