These terms cover use of the Mustaner website and learning platform. Contact us if you need clarification before joining a program.
Use accurate account details and keep your sign-in information private. Use your own account to access lessons and contact Mustaner if you suspect someone else has accessed it.
Check each program page for its current content, format and availability. Any price or program-specific conditions should be clear before enrollment. Company training and consulting engagements are agreed separately with the client.
Program access is for your own learning. Do not resell course access, redistribute recordings or publish training materials without permission from their rights holder. You may apply what you learn in your own work.
Do not misuse another person’s account, send abusive or unlawful content, or interfere with the platform. Only send material that you have the right to share through our contact forms.
Training provides education and practical tools. Individual results depend on prior experience, participation and application; completing a program does not guarantee employment, income or a particular business outcome. Contact our team for help with access or program details.
*Refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have completed less than 25% of the course. Ask at contact@mustaner.com. Refunds go back through the method you paid with; cash (Fawry) payments are refunded by bank transfer or mobile wallet once we confirm your details.
